How do I return something ?

  • You have 28 days from the date your receive your order to return it for a refund.
  • Returning your order within 29 to 45 days will result in a gift voucher instead of a refund.
  • It can take up to 14 working days for your order to reach us back
  • Refunds can take up to 20 working days to show on your account

Customisable products

Customisable products are not refundable or exchangeable as they are made on demand just for you.

Create a return

Contact us by email within due time and we will assist you for your return. Let us know if you want to return everything or just part of the order. We will provide you with our return address.

Keep hold of your proof of postage in case we need to see it at a later stage. Products unused and in unopened packaging will be refunded only. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you (but won't cover the cost of shipping).

Can I exchange my item ?

We are not able to offer exchanges at the moment. If you would like a different size for example, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

Responsibility

Items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. Also, ensure you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

Fair use

If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity, we might deactivate your account. In such a case, you would need to get in touch via email for any ulterior activity. We reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don't match what you ordered.
