Where is my order ?

1. Check the delivery date

On the order recap page, you can find an estimated delivery date. Please allow until this date for your order to reach you, taking into account some extra time which might be needed in extreme circumstances (like COVID-19).

2. Track the order online

You will be able to track the progress of your delivery if it's been sent with a trackable service. To check this, head to your order recap page and click the tracking link on top of the timeline. The link will take you to the transporter's website to track your parcel. Please note that you can track your order online only if it has been sent already.

3. Contact us

If the estimated delivery date has passed and you still haven't received you order, please get in touch with our customer care team who will do its best to help further. Until this date has passed, we won't be able to provide any additional information.
